fbpx Zeal Equity Create New Home Profile - Zeal Equity

Follow these tips to create an appealing Home Profile to attract more bids from realtors:

  • Upload a large number of high-quality photographs so that realtors can fully appreciate your property.
  • You can list both a percentage commission and a flat fee commission, or only one or the other. If you list both, the realtor will choose one when submitting his or her bid. The contract will only include a percentage commission or a flat fee commission, based on the accepted bid.
  • Enter your property price before entering your commission percentage or fee and the form will automatically calculate the estimated commission that realtors will see when viewing your listing.
You may enter a partial percentage—for example, 3.5 or 3.75—when setting a percentage commission rate.
  • Add an incentive if you want your realtor to try to sell your home quickly or above a set price. You can provide a bonus in the form of an additional percentage or a fixed amount for selling your home by a certain date and/or above a certain price.
  • Let realtors know if you are in the market to buy another home and your estimated price point. Your property will receive more interest if realtors know they could earn a commission on the purchase of your next home as well.
  • Once your Home Profile is live, realtors can review your property and terms and submit their bids.
  • You will receive an email notification when you receive a bid.
  • When a realtor submits a bid to sell your home, the realtor will provide additional information that will help you select the best fit realtor for you.
  • Realtors have the option of agreeing to your listing terms or countering with alternate terms. You can accept the new terms, decline the bid, or counter with your own new terms.
  • Before submitting a bid, realtors can contact you to ask questions about your listing. We encourage you to answer all questions in a timely manner.
  • Zeal Equity requires your Home Profile to be live for 24 hours before you select a realtor in order to allow realtors sufficient time to review your listing.
